Providers must submit their attendance and menu records to our office no later than the 5th day of each month. Late menus may result in the loss of payment for that month.
Checks are mailed once each month. Since our office must wait until the funds from the State office are deposited, the mail date is not the same day of the month. Most often, checks are mailed between the 25th and the 30th.
** Tiering is determined by school district and census data.
*** At this time, all homes are reimbursed at Tier I rates. This may change in the future. If so, this site will be updated.
